Tracy is an award-winning personal branding & image consultant and an executive presence coach. She is the founder and director of Frame & Fame Personal Branding, a leading personal brand consulting and executive coaching firm dedicated to supporting senior executives, managers, and business owners to fast track their career success. Tracy is also a certified International Business Etiquette and Multicultural Communication Specialist, Gallup CliftonStrengths coach, DiSC trainer and visual facilitator. She specialises in coaching, consulting and training clients to assert their presence in a global workplace, communicate their messages in a confident, convincing, and compelling way, so they can build a great reputation and rise to the next level.
Tracy has a strong passion and over 16 years of experience in branding, communications, and marketing. She cofounded BrandIcon, a consultancy that focuses on supporting professional services firms and ‘Web2 to Web3’ companies to define a clear positioning, develop marketing/communication strategy, and tell an authentic compelling story to win trust and business from their target audience. She also volunteers in Blockchain and Climate Institute (BCI), a progressive think tank providing leading expertise in emerging technologies deployment for climate and sustainability actions, as their Head of Communications and Public Relations helping the group drive their communication strategy, strengthen the reputation among their partners in the United Nations (UN), industry thought leaders and global academia.
Tracy is a co-author of an Amazon best-selling book, “#MyVoice”. Her passion, talents and professionalism have made her a thought leader in personal branding, executive presence and multicultural communication. Tracy has been recognised by Hong Kong Living as ‘Top 50 Influencers’ in 2020 and 2021.
Tracy is currently serving as a Board Member of The Women Entrepreneurs Network Hong Kong (WEN), driving various activities to support expanding businesses to grow with their niche in Hong Kong and the region. Tracy is a personal branding coach and career consultant for the MBA students of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), supporting them to achieve career advancement.
As an entrepreneur herself, Tracy has been supporting the startup communities in the region since 2016. She has been a mentor for HaTCH of Ambition, a start-up focused recruitment firm and some reputable accelerator programs in the region organised by Azalvo x Jumpstart, Hong Kong Science & Technology Park, Betatron, Hong Kong Design Center, THEi, CoCoon, Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups, Xccelerate, Helix Accelerator, etc.
