He pioneered the creation of consumer operation centres for multiple brands, consumer data platforms and the smart retail lab.

Robin also served as the APAC digital strategy director at American VF Corporation, where he guided the digital transformation of brands like VANS and NORTH FACE in the Asia Pacific region. Moreover, as the E-commerce General Manager for Toys "R" Us China, he successfully engineered a comprehensive omni-channel capability and facilitated the seamless integration of online and offline operations.
