Dr. Hugo Chan is an accomplished marketing expert, entrepreneur, and academic, renowned for his expertise in branding and marketing. Currently, he serves as the Associate Dean (China) at the SBS Swiss Business School and is the Founder of Illu School, a creative marketing and branding educational institution.
Dr. Chan is also an Independent Branding and Marketing Consultant. In his previous role as Chief Innovation Officer at WE Marketing Group, he led the innovation strategy for the company. He has also served as an Adjunct Associate Professor at the Institute of China Business at the University of Hong Kong.
Dr. Chan has received numerous awards in recognition of his contributions to the field of marketing, including being named the Influential Digital Person of the Year at the Golden Mouse Awards from 2012 to 2019. He is also a best-selling marketing author, with several marketing books to his name, including "Social Marketing," "Participative Marketing," "The Long Tail of Marketing," and "Be a Likable Brand," which were published in China.
